☞ The offer is valid for 2 adults & 2 kids sharing a self-catering Luxury room or Standard room in any of the designated indian destinations (As per the Package).
☞ You will be responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or resort or hotel during your stay and will be asked to pay the resort directly.
☞ To view the list of resort, please visit www.relaxytrip.com any availability is subject to live booking and hence, the availability will keep changing
☞ Strictly one booking per voucher and household. Only one voucher will be accepted per mail.
☞ No changes can be made to the free week once the booking has been confirmed. Any changes or cancellations to the additional services will be made in line with standard terms and conditions which will be advised at the time of booking.
☞ The offer is not transferable and is not for sale or re-sale, or redeemable for cash.
☞ The images of resorts are examples and used for promotional purposes only. No bookings are entertained during the High peak seasons and black out period (Dec 20th to Jan 7th).
☞ The hotel has a right to charge for additional facilities like extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities. The vacation offer is non transferable, non negotiable, non redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original voucher certificate.
☞ The offer does not include any other services or facilities not mentioned herein.
☞ The bookings of the hotels/Resorts which are in list and other collaborated properties is strictly subject to availability.
☞ Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
☞ The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
☞ Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.
☞ Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
☞ Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
☞ In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
☞ The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 12 PM to 10 AM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
☞ For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
☞ Company will not be responsible for any strike or natural incident.
☞ If any place open/close timing or date will change by the government than company would not be payable or responsible.

PAYMENT POLICY

☞ 35% booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking.
☞ 35% amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
☞ 30% is required before or arrival.
☞ If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

☞ Customer can cancel the packages only till 10 days after package subscription date
☞ Refund amount shall be transferred through NEFT/Cheque Deposit to the beneficiary account after cancelling the package
☞ Refund amount shall be transferred through Relaxytrip Account only.
☞ Customer has to issue a NOC letter in case of Refund has to be done mention that he/she cannot claim to use our service.
☞ The customer will be entitled for the amount 60% as refund and 40% will be charged as cancellation amount.
☞ Refunds may take up to 45-60 days to process and the same is required for the internal process to cross check.
☞ In case of any dispute Allahabad jurisdiction will be applicable.
☞ Minimume 20% deduction of the total package cost .
☞ 30 to 21 days before the travel date: 30% of package cost.
☞ 20 to 15 days before the travel date: 50% of package cost.
☞ 14 to 10 days before the travel date: 70% of package cost.
☞ 10 days before the travel date: 100% of package cost.

PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect personal information about you through various media, including the form that you fill or any other media.

The Terms & Conditions of the member agreement may change from time to time & we will update the same on the website at least 2 working days in advance. You are hence advised to refer to the website on a regular basis so that you are aware of the latest applicable member terms & conditions.

Consultation

We invite & value feedback from you about the website and, from time to time, we use the website to carry out electronic consultation exercises. If you send comments to us via the website, we will collate your comments and your contact details for the purposes of the consultation only.

☞ The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable.
☞ No booking is made yet, hotels / rooms / rates are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
